Vice President Joe Biden blew Kansas independent Greg Orman's cover in a radio interview today. Orman hasn't stated which party he'll caucus with in the Senate--actively avoiding announcing whether he'll be with Republicans or Democrats--but Biden stated definitively that Orman "will be with us" if he's elected.

I think you did post it when you added Kansas to the topics. I just put it on my Facebook wall since I have some liberal and “independent” friends. I think Roberts will squeak by but I am worried a bit about Brownback.

What’s really aggravating is a week ago Orman was saying he would caucus with whomever had the power in the Senate. They interviewed him on Fox this morning and he said something different, maybe whomever he shares the most beliefs with? Can’t remember exactly only that it was opening up the fact that he was going to caucus with the Dems. Anyway, I’m sure they don’t keep up with Kansas but I was disappointed Doocey, Kilmead didn’t bring up the fact that a week ago he was saying something totally different. Lying already.

There may be a clue here. I do it all the time because my longterm memory is fine, but short term is non existent.

In my lifetime, I can't remember seeing candidates and their supporters blow it even close to as much as Obama, Biden, McCain, and even Bill and Mrs. Clinton have at times.
When it comes to elections and their support, "With friends like them, who needs enemies?"

I would also include among the clueless:
ANY Kansas voter who hasn’t figured this out by now.
This isn’t rocket science.

I am not saying that this wasn't obvious. What I was saying was that Joe Biden was not supposed to let the cat out of the bag. That is where he was clueless, IMO.

Does KS have a recall provision? If Orman wins and the sides with the Dems maybe they should try to dump him. But then, if voters put him there in the first place, what did they expect??
