Seems like the dhimmiokkkrats are looking for non-resident votes to carry them in Nov. Voter fraud? What's that? Implement and enforce the same rules and regs as meh-eek-oh has for immigrants and trespassers. Not quite as rosy a picture. If I read it correctly, even if you legally move to meh-eek-o (why??) you are never gonna get to vote. Well legally anyway. Even less rosy for those caught trespassing.
