He's actually had a pretty decent career. He appears to be really big in voice over work. Not wildly wealthy but doing OK with a net worth of around $5 million.
From the Buffy the Vampire slayer movie.

Actual Jeopardy question that was fabricated:
I’ll take theater for $200.
Two people shot in the back of the head in a movie theater.
Alex, who are Abraham Lincoln and the guy sitting in front of Pee Wee Herman?
To: Tijeras_Slim

Pee Wee’s Big Adventure is a classic.

Not really. The guy has held up well physically. Put him in that suit and haircut and some makeup and I predict he will look pretty much the same.

You do know those places are usually frequented by homos for sodomite pleasures and that they are not just there to watch a movie, right? Yep. But I do have compassion. Reubens was sexually abused by an uncle, which happened to a college friend who has struggled with same-sex attractions ever since. He is married with 3 kids now, but still gets regular Christian therapy.

saw the commercial for dumb and dumber 2, those two looked poorly aged. The commercial gave the appearance of a hard/sad to watch movie.
It this “pee wee” is a retread of the same old same old then it is not going to go well.

I wonder if they’ll bring back Laurence Fishburne to play Cowboy Curtis?

Cowboy Curtis may be back, but I’m not certain the producers will want to pay Laurence Fishburne’s requested fee to reprise that role.

Probably right.
In 2012, comedian Fred Willard was arrested for Pee-Weeing in an LA porn theater. He was immediately canned as the host of PBS's Market Warriors, an Antiques Roadshow spinoff.
However, he was in ten TV shows and movies in 2012, seventeen in 2013, and another ten already this year.

I thought he died in a movie theater from a massive stroke. I thought it was excessive strokes.
To: Disambiguator
He was in "Top Chef: Texas" (Alamo basement/bicycle reference) a few years ago.
I remember something about pancakes, because it looked like he had about a 10 gallon hat full of makeup on.
To: Tijeras_Slim
I see what you did there.

That’s an excellent impersonation of Leonard Nimoy on “In Search Of...”
