He’s actually a pretty decent actor. He played the gay hairdresser/drug dealer in the movie with Johnny Depp some years ago.

I didn't recognize him at first. It wasn't until the credits where Reubens was identified as Mr. Vargas that I caught on. I hope he continues on for the next few episodes but anyone caught between Reddington and Berlin tend to have short lifespans.
