“After a decade of reconstruction and over $7 billion in counternarcotics efforts, poppy cultivation levels are at an all-time high,” SIGAR concluded in its report released Wednesday.

And just think how high they can go if they spend $14 billion!!

following a $7.6 billion counternarcotics campaign paid for by the United States

Problem with this is that the money was spent to IMPROVE the cultivation, harvest, and exportation of opium. Thats why we went to Afghanistan. Heroin use in the US exploded shortly after our arrival and continues to grow.

You cannot have a war on drugs without Drugs, Got it!

Have you seen pictures of Afghanistan? Other than poppies, the only thing they raise is dust.

Why don’t we just buy it wholesale? An kill anyone who sells to anyone else. Slowly and gruesomely.

Besides, we need some drug to execute death row prisoners.
