There are deodorants without aluminum ...


I have tried a few of them in the past. I didn’t like any of them. Too much of a scent or left a wet feeling film under arms.

RE: Deodorants/antiperspirant - For a while I made a home made deodorant with coconut oil, baking soda (aluminum free) and essential oils. It worked well, but I usually had to apply twice a day.

Then I read a blog where a woman raved about using lemon as deodorant. Just take a fresh lemon slice and pat under the arms where one would normally apply deodorant. It's crazy but it works like a charm.

Sweating is a natural process and I don’t believe it is good to stop it.
