This may not be a fireworks show, yet...but Gowdy is a prosecutor. He will patiently build his case brick by brick. It will seem boring and harmless, but when he is ready he will hit them like a Sidewinder. And by then they will have no defense they will have proven their own guilt. If I was on trial and he was the prosecutor, I’d be pleading out. He plays no favorites, and I have the impression he is fearless and doesn’t give a hoot what the leadership thinks. If he has the proof, I would expect him to put Bullethead at the witness table. As much as it pains me, I have to be patient.

Agree. You start at the bottom nailing down the facts and then work your way up to the top. I trust Gowdy to do a good job. So far very little politics involved in this hearing, which is good. It will get more politically as we get over the target.

I have the utmost respect for Rep Gowdy and I trust his instincts, skills and previous experience.
