A late summer snowstorm dropped up to 20 inches of snow in parts of Wyoming.
The rare September snow on Wednesday and Thursday damaged trees and caused power outages in some areas of northern Wyoming.
While the heaviest snow fell in the Big Horn Mountains, the town of Buffalo received as much as 10 inches.
The 3 to 5 inches that fell in Cody is the earliest recorded snowfall there since 1915, when records started being kept. The previous earliest recorded snowfall in Cody was Sept. 12, 1970.
Other snowfall totals included 4 inches at Casper Mountain and 3 to 5 inches at Meeteetsee.
Some roads and highways had slick spots Friday morning, but otherwise travel around the state was not hampered.

I’m sure the global warming cult will drag out some sophistry to explain that all this early snow and record cold is just a manifestation of global warming. The most laughable explanation was that higher than normal temperatures in the southern hemisphere have caused colder temperatures in the northern hemisphere. True science would have long ago abandoned the theory that man caused rising CO2 levels mean higher global temperatures because the actual data has never fit the theory.

Funny that you should mention that. Today DR Mann, Jones and Hansen released their findings on “Global Warming Precipitation”. According to the self acclaimed Global Warming experts a new form of water is being formed through Global Warming.
The new water is H6 O instead of H2 O. Dr Mann speculated that this “heavy water” ( 3 times as much hydrogen) is being formed by carbon latching onto water oxygen modules to for CO 2 under Global Warming conditions.
Dr Mann has validated this speculation by entering data created by Dr Jones and Dr Hansen into his Global Warming Model. The result was the graphic known as the “Frozen Precipitation Hockey Stick Graph”.
Dr Mann has stated that new form of water could be very dangerous to the environment and to people. People drinking too much of the heavy water could become saturated with hydrogen and possibly explode if they come in proximity of an open flame.
Another occurrence, which could be fatal, is if a person’s swimming pool was filled with untested water. The heavy water would sink to the bottom and the regular water would float to the top where it could evaporate. If chlorine shock treatment were added to the pool it could cause a chemical explosion of the hydrogen and create a chlorine cloud which would kill all vegetation, kittens and puppies, and babies within a one mile area.
Environmental dangers would be just as severe. A golf ball sized hail would weigh as much as a baseball sized hail and a baseball sized hail would weigh as much as a bowling ball because of the extra hydrogen atoms. Because of the increased weight many snow plows would have to be replaced with new plows with increased capabilities.
Dr Mann has contacted the UN Secretary, Bang The Moon to alert the IPCC to the global dangers of this discovery.
