Yes, they are indeed SOMEWHERE. But that doesn't mean they are actually AVAILABLE. These things take time. They won't actually be AVAILABLE until least until mid-November if then.
We need to get through that pesky election before we can concentrate on digging through all of those bytes or megabytes or gigabytes or terabytes or whatever they are called these days. It's really a needle-haystack kind of a problem.
It ain’t over till Kate Smith sings!
Maybe..?

I believe that some of the boys in the DOJ have decided to reveal these emails so that they can keep their law licenses and jobs in a couple of years. That’s prolly why Obummy has been looking sour lately. The JIG is up and it’s time for Obuzzo to come to Jesus.
This is a great reason to not re-elect Mitch McConnell.
McConnell has already made it clear that if the Republicans get the majority of the senate, and he is still in charge, that he will revert to the “fairness” rules that existed before Harry Reid destroyed them.
This means the Republicans will forget all the abuse and unfairness the Democrats dumped on them, ONCE AGAIN, pretending it didn’t happen, and the Republicans will “reach across the aisle” to be extra generous to the Democrats.
It also means that such criminals as Lerner, Sebelius, Holder and all the others will get a free pass, without having to concern themselves one bit about even being investigated, much less indicted.
McConnell being elected also means that *nothing* Obama and the Democrats did will be reversed, just accepted as “the new status quo”.
That’s right. A McConnell senate means that America will *keep* Obamacare, the Democrat plans to destroy energy production will continue unabated, the IRS will continue to torment Tea Party conservative organizations (that McConnell hates and wants to destroy too), the EPA will probably want to regulate breathing oxygen, etc. etc.
It is even questionable if McConnell will refuse to approve one or two new justices for the Supreme Court. Certainly the conservative senators will rail against nominees like Eric Holder and Cass Sunstein or Hillary Clinton, but McConnell will again bend the knee, and with the help of a few other RINOs, will push them through.
If before the write-in votes are cast in late October, it appears the Republicans will pick up several seats, then the Tea Party must totally sit out the McConnell race, because there is no way in hell a single freshman Democrat senator can wreak the disaster that another McConnell senate would cause.
I think the difference is simple. The IRS and DoJ have no problem lying to Congress, because they have shown they are toothless tigers. They have held Holder and Lerner in contempt, and nothing has happened to them. So there is nothing to fear from obstructing Congress and even committing perjury if there is no one to prosecute the violations.
On the other hand, the judge in the Judicial Watch case ordered the IRS and DoJ to provide an individual to swear under oath as to the facts concerning these e-mails. If this person lied to the judge, the judge could toss him into jail immediately - no need to get the DoJ to prosecute. How many people at the DoJ or IRS are going to go to jail to protect the likes of Lois Lerner?
Cue crickets from MSM...
They will never see the light of day
I know....They searched the “catastrophe” back up systems, only to discover that they too were “scratched”.
Are you from Kentucky? If not why don’t you mind your own business and let the voters of KY decide who they want to vote for.
What’s needed is an insider with ethics who knows how to grab the data and leak it out. Kind of a reverse-Snowden or the guy portrayed in the Erin Brockovich film who passed on internal memos.
And what does this article have to with KY and McConnell? Absolutely nothing. So stay on subject or don’t say anything at all
I’d butt out of Kentucky if Mitch Mcconnell promised to keep the damage he’d do within the borders of that fine state.
I’m starting to believe that unseating the system sucking Rovian county clubbers out is more important that keeping a seat in the “R” category.
My nephew is a self-taught (and quite brilliant) computer guru that has parlayed his experience (no college) into a high dollar/powered job as VP of IT with an investment house.
I asked him the other day about these “emails”.
He grinned and chuckled, and said he could have all of them downloaded in a neat file within his lunch hour and still have 30 minutes leftover for dessert.
He further said that there had to be at least 7 critical failures in the process, most of which would have been 3rd-party contractor responsibility. In his words - “impossible”.
