Someone posted an interesting youtube video on police training and how fast a suspect can over come you. If Michael Brown did rush Wilson, he had precious little time to respond.

To put this in perpsective, a decent high school football player -- even someone the size of Brown -- can run the 40 yard dash in about five seconds. That's about 1.25 seconds for ten yards or about 1.5 seconds for 35 feet, which has been reported as the distance between Brown and Wilson when Brown began his "bum rush."

I agree. I’m actually kind of stunned they even posted his picture.

Drudge has a link where it says at least a dozen witnesses confirm Darren Wilson's account of events.

No MSM reporting, of course.

Suing won’t get his life back to what it was, for sure. It may, however, at least give him some financial compensation for having it destroyed. It may also make the race racketeers think twice next time this happens.

Honestly, judging by content of character and not colour of skin, these protesters are NOT doing anything for their cause or their community. The display is enlightening.

Fact don’t matter any more. Within 1 millisecond of the fact being revealed that he is “White”, his world changed forever. He will not be able to appear in public for a long time. His life is in danger from savages.

We are well aware that this is the real crime.

He is gone. The best thing he can do is find a Country that does not have an Extridition Treaty with the United States and go there now.

At this point, his guilt or innocence no longer matters. The truth no longer matters. The media has been able to define the narrative and the narrative is that he shot down in cold blood a gentle giant who never harmed a fly for no reason. This is how it will always be remembered.

He needs to study the George Zimmerman Case carefully and not repeat the mistake George made.

We, the United States is no longer a Nation where the laws apply equally to all. Now the laws are used to punish political enemies and those who do not toe the Party line. And to control the sheep until slaughter day.

Sargent Darren Wilson

It would be nice to see the title as:

Sergeant Darren Wilson

as it probably is in the original news stories. Pretty hard to ignore, eh?

George Zimmerman Case

GZ was not a good legal client. Perhaps Sergeant Wilson would be.

How do we know what's true and what isn't? All we're hearing are accounts from people who take Brown's side and people who take Wilson's side

Anybody know how to spell...L I E D E T E C T O R?
Give all the "witnesses" lie detector tests. You can bet your azz the cop will take one.

"Oh, no...you be violatin mah cibil rights". No, we are trying to find out if you are a lying rat or not.

I am sure when Brown was on his way to his grandmother’s, reading from his pocket bible and accosted by the officer, he was heard to say: Can’t we all just get along.

Has anyone yet commented that Wilson "should have stayed in his car"?

Part of the Zimmerman case is now in clearer focus for me: that "cop wannabe" talk was a bigger deal that I realized at the time.

If Michael Brown did rush Wilson, he had precious little time to respond.

The Tueller Drill is an essential element of police and any firearm self-defense training that addresses 'how much time?' Tueller found that if the thug is within 7 yds of you then you are in the danger zone where he is likely to be on you before you can respond. Wilson was applying his Tueller training.

Good point but let’s take it a step farther, why did he not just stay home and cash his check then there would have been no possibility of any confrontation as long as the postal guy did not steal his pay check, eh??

There is ZERO connection between this and the Zimmerman matter in regard to “playing cop”. Wilson was a sworn officer, Zimmerman was not.

As far as what transpired at the confrontation, simply put, we do not know all the facts. We don’t know for instance whether Wilson just got out of the car and decided to try some real live fire practice or if he had been assaulted. We don’t know whether Wilson was harrassing Brown over a simple J walk or if he was aware of a robbery suspect appearing in his view. We don’t know what we don’t know but what we do know is Wilson was not a wanna be cop.

I was looking for a way to say that...it does not take but a couple seconds to cover say 35 feet. Very difficult to shoot accurately in that short a time while someone is charging to hurt you..

I doubt his lawyer would allow it, and in any case you could hook everyone up to lie detectors and it won't make any difference. Lie detectors can be beaten pretty easily, which is why they aren't admissible as evidence in any court.

Right now we have two people who know what happened and one of them is dead. You have a whole bunch of people on both sides trying to prove that their guy was the innocent party. There is no way we will ever know the whole truth of the matter.

I don’t know anything about police work but there doesn’t seem to be a thing wrong with what the officer did.....in my opinion.

What I want to say is, those “witnesses” who said Brown was shot in the back and was trying to surrender, should be arrested and their testimony discounted.
