Things are starting to add up.
20 down, only 11,237 to go
A lot more than 20 in the last week.
So, we are using land-based bombers to take out Nissan pickups with machine guns on a roll bar, some Humvees and a guard shack?
Well... not ‘we’, but Russian pilots in aircraft they just loaned to the Iraqi’s which we are buying the fuel and missiles for, but you know Barry. He likes to exaggerate a little.
A-10 Thunderbolt time. First drop the usual American style JDAMs and Daisy Cutters, but then about an hour later when the survivors additional resources arrive to clean up and do inventory, then the A-10’s do their impressive dirtywork at 500’ AGL.
There is a cost to killing people. Every time you kill one of these ISIS jackasses, you create hatred in his family for The United States. Now, I don’t have a problem with that if we are out to further a strategic goal. If Obama is just screwing around, then he’s needlessly creating lifelong enemies to get his behind out of a political fire. That is a bunch of baloney.
Regardless, There is no living with Islam.
They will all eventully have to be eliminated anyway if we are to have any peace.
There is no peace with Islam, PERIOD!
4,000 westerner ISIL in Iraq alone, 30,000 -50,000 in the ISIL army.
couple hundred ISIl`s killed so far is not even a drop in Obummer`s bimbo bucket/
Confucius say if man fight war piecemeal, he get eaten up.
Too bad we spilled so much blood to give it to enemies..obamma has blood all over him
Not sure how they could be more hateful than they already are. What we’re doing is prepping the battle space for the Kurds and other friendly forces.
Shouldn’t Cindy Sheehan be protesting in Martha’s Vineyard alongside Code Pink?
The clowns from ANSWER have also been silent for years.
You may be right. But, it needs to be killing done with a strategic goal in mind. What is Obama’s strategic goal in bombing in Iraq? To me, it looks like he’s killing people to take the political heat off himself.
“There is a cost to killing people. Every time you kill one of these ISIS jackasses, you create hatred in his family for The United States. “
Psssst: They’ll hate us anyway.
Yes, I understand the concepts of aerial interdiction and close air support. I’m not convinced that the Obama Administration has a strategic goal in Iraq. Bombing just to show video clips of trucks blowing up is not a strategic goal.
The purpose of killing in war is to achieve a strategic goal as part of a plan to make the other side give up. Look at Libya. What did Obama’s bombing accomplish there? What strategic goal did he have?
Obama has no military experience. He is not prepared to be the American Commander In Chief. As far as I can see, he has made no effort to learn that job. Perhaps we should elect people to the US Presidency who have some experience with the military or at least are willing to learn.
There is a cost to waging war. I haven’t even written about the cost to our military members and their families or the cost to the US Taxpayers.
The harsh reality is that there needs to be a positive Return On Investment if we are going to wage war. Killing people just to have some video to get the press off of Obama’s back is cruel and childish on his part.
You’ve got a point. Let’s just let them massacre everyone who isn’t in their cult. They’ll get tired and settle down eventually.
BTW Mr. Kerry, I’m kinda surprised you have time to troll on FR.
When it comes to dealing with Islamic thugs, it’s better to be feared than loved. The latter will never happen anyway.
Yep those German and Japanese offspring just can’t wait to get their revenge.
