It seems pretty clear to me that the reason they want everyone home is because of outsiders coming in to declare their own personal wars and the locals are going to get caught in the crossfire. After one gal shot (hurt but ok) and a Darwin Award recipient drawing down on a cop a few hours later you’d think they’d get a clue.
And there's a slew of them there now. Unfortunately the majority of the locals will be followers of those folks as we saw happen with Martin's ordeal....especially the kids who don't work and have nothing to do....hormones kicking and riots are not a good mix.
