Obama is largely responsible for these murders. He could have saved them with large special forces response teams but he choose to let them die.
BTW, just ran across an item that all women between puberty and menopause in the territory controlled by ISIS are being required to submit to compulsory genital mutilation. Something like 4M women, though presumably some have already had the operation.
