First of all, chaff doesn't fall in STREAMERS. Secondly, toilet paper or other paper can easily survive a fall from 30,000+ feet because it falls much slower due to air resistance (once again, basic physics) and faces little of the stress heavier objects face.

I'm not saying that the streamers were certainly TP. I'm saying they were TP or other debris (that's my original quote). They were NOT chaff (check the ruler for scale in the above picture of chaff, genius).

Okay. Think I have a grip on your position. You were not stating it was toilet paper, even though you stated it was toilet paper and defended that it could be toilet paper. Think I follow you now. Have a nice life.
