Already under attack by critics who say he’s lost interest in his job, President Obama added fuel to the fire on Thursday with a drowsy appearance in Texas.
A heavy-lidded Obama struggled to keep his head up during a one-on-one talk in an Austin cafe with a college student whose parents lost their jobs last year.

It’s very rude, but as much as I have against Obama, I have to say, his staff should not have over-scheduled him. He obviously is not going to the borders, or doing the really hard stuff that does not bring him immediate praise, so string these photo ops out a little bit more. Send him to the gym for more lifting with those seven pound dumbells. The girl most likely saw him falling asleep, but didn’t know if she should make a big deal of it, realizing this is likely the only time she’ll ever get this close to him again. Lucky girl.
What a dilemma, she sees him knodding off, just like Grandpa Tuttle after too much Apple Cider, but what can she do? If she dares to tap him on the shoulder to wake up, before she could tap a third time, the girl would be thrown on her back, Hog-Tied on the shiny linoleum floors and straddled by a huge and heavy Officer of The Law who was breathing tobacco fumes right into her face! Not the best scenario. Best to keep pretending all is well.
