NO notification from IRS to National Archives that records had been lost. Did IRS break the law?
Archivist says he is not a lawyer. Did say that law was not followed.

Excellent line of questioning from Walberg. Federal agencies are required to report loss or destruction of recods to national archive, they didn’t.
Walberg - Did they break the law?
Archivist - I’m not a lawyer
Walberg - Did they comply with the law?
Archivist - No.

"Otherwise, criminal enterprises like the regime we have now will simply pardon everyone for everything."
And that would be the point; not sure our political system or the Constitution is able to cope with a fully lawless President, DOJ, and a politicized Judiciary.

I’m impressed with Walberg. He’s a pretty good congressman but not known for being tough.
He’s been swinging for the fences in these hearings and hitting some home runs.

Hence my continual suggestion to fight like they do. This is a war to save America.

I don’t know how many counts but I’m gonna remember the excuse.
I didn’t break the law, I just didn’t obey it.

The question for her is not what she knew but what info she took to the WH from the IRS when she started working there. Who hired her at the WH?

Did you catch that he “says” that Issa issued a blanket subpoena to the white house?
To: Whenifhow
He issued an universal subpoena and Issa has emphasized that more than once. Don’t know what that would entail
To: maggief
Mmmm. Wish I knew someone as NSA.
