Only if the American military is allowed to fight back. I wouldn't bet too heavily on that.
They will fight back. Obama doesn't want to lose his socialist empire to outsiders like Chinese communists. He's reserving it for his muslim buddies. Besides, a military skirmish with the Chinese is a nice distraction while he implements martial law under his control.
