Murder investigation?????
Should be hero investigation...!!!
So. Taking into consideration the first sentence of this article...
Just exactly HOW is this a murder investigation?
This story has to be a hoax. Everyone knows guns are never used for good.
In AZ, it would be a murder investigation due to Felonious Murder - a criminal act resulting in a death will garner murder charges on conspirators/participants in the original criminal act.
The investigation should be why the dad only hit the second suspect three times not killing him. Oh, well, that would show that he did not intend to kill him, no?
Yup. Somebody died in the commission of a crime. If the other scumbag survives, he'll be tried for felony murder.
It’s a murder investigation because one of the perps is alive. He can be charged with murder because he was a part of a felony in which someone died. His partner.
Great shooting Dad! Maybe one more bullet would have taken out the second dud. Exactly what a Dad should be doing, providing for and protecting his family. Very well done!
Thanks you two for that info.
`whew~
The way the TV journo-wanna-be’s wrote it up; it appeared the DAD was under investigation for murder.
And in some idjut states - he just might be.
There may have been some assuming on the part of the journo...
He’s the one being charged.
Please tell me Mom & Dad got legally registered weaponry...
Two purps, one dead. The second is considered a murderer as they were acting together when the one was killed..
That’s what it is. The second suspect is being charged with second-degree murder (also called felony murder), kidnapping, burglary and armed criminal action. His cash bail was set at $1 million.
Another attack on the "haves" by the "victims" of America and the free enterprise system that the White House, the Congress, the MSM, academia rail against 24/7.
These are the pro-government extremists.. tens of thousands of Americans suffer personal losses and are injured, maimed, murdered each year
PRO-GOVERNMENT EXTREMISTS
The muggings, knockout game, mob attacks, murders, beatings.. look at the wicked hatred coming out of the White House, the Congress, the MSM, academia against those "who have too much" and how things should be more fair. How "they" stole "the people's" property.
Everyday people are encouraged to react out of being a victim. The employees of the MSM like MSNBC don't have to tell the masses to inflict pain and suffering on the "haves" and take back the "stolen" goods, the masses cheered on by the White House, the Congress, the MSM, academia to get even gladly steal, maim, and kill . . . .
If the story checks out as reported, then there should be no charges. It’s probably what happened.
But what if it doesn’t check out? Suppose you were invited over to Sheila’s house and her Dad shot you dead as you were walking towards the house. Then he told everyone you were planning a home invasion. You’d want someone to investigate and not just take the story at face value, wouldn’t you?
They should ALWAYS investigate deaths that are from unnatural causes.
#2 Perp: Cortez Mc Clinton! Must be from the Scottish side of Slick’s family!
I love a happy ending.

[wipes tear]
