Today, at a joint press conference between Barack Obama and Polish President Bronislaw Komorowski in Warsaw, Secretary of State John Kerry pulled the old "dad on the couch" move, testing the limits between what he called "a really long blink" and what looked more like a very short nap. The tell is always in the jerk back to wake up.

The other dead giveaway is protesting too much.
But only for Christmas.
Must have been a really small moment.

Thank God for the SwiftBoat Vets and for FreeRepublic.

Some top-level officials within the administration, including Defense Secretary Leon Panetta and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, are very wary about making a swap for Bowe. Panetta and Hillary dont give a shit about getting him home, says one senior U.S. official involved in the negotiations. They want to be able to say they COINed their way out of Afghanistan, or whatever, so it doesnt look like they are cutting and running. (Both Clinton and Panetta, by law, would have to sign off on any exchange.)
Not only that, but he was there on Christmas Day 1968, sent there by Richard Nixon while Nixon was still a private citizen.
I know it's crazy, but that is exactly what Kerry said.
He has been asleep for years. YEARS.
Better hold a mirror under his nostrils to see if he's still breathing.
That’s true. His face is mostly plastic anyway
