MARK PRYOR RECEPIENT OF COVETED "OBAMA RUBBER STAMP AWARD" Pryor doesn’t waver; said he would vote for Obamacare all over again. That may be why he recently got the coveted title of Obama’s Rubber Stamp. But a few quotes and some sideline analysis never carry quite the same impact as hearing things directly from the horse’s mouth. So let’s go to the video, where Pryor is asked if, knowing what he knows now, he would still have voted for Obamacare in 2009. Take it away, Senator.VIDEO at hotair.com web site.

==============================================

Opponent Tom Cotton needs to ask Pryor when Obama is coming by to campaign for him (snix).

=============================================

STROLL DOWN MEMORY LANE As far back as 2008, at the presidential debate in Nashville, Democrat candidate Obama advanced his signature healthcare plan---ultimately enacted, by an historic straight Democrat party-line vote, into the "Affordable Care Act"

QUOTING 2008 OBAMA: "No. 1, let me just repeat, if you’ve got a health care plan that you like, you can keep it. All I’m going to do is help you to lower the premiums on it. You’ll still have choice of doctor.” Repeated over and over ---- with the promise that every American family would be saving $2500.00 on healthcare costs.

Significantly, Obamba NEVER corrected lock-stepping Democrats, all reading from the same Democrat talking points, all of them repeating the same Democrat promises---over and over again.

LOCK-STEPPING PARTY LOYALTY NOT SEEN SINCE 1930-40's ERA EUROPE Obama And The Dems marched in lockstep. The persistent Dumbocrat drumbeat ---- in obeisance to Obama ---- kept ringing reassuringly in our ears: "If you like your plan, you can keep your plan."

==================================================

Mark Pryor looks for Obamacare enrollees who've paid for insurance, who are actually insured, for millenials duped into paying for other people's h/care and for the "underserved"....who had no insurance before ACA took effect.

"Opponent Tom Cotton needs to ask Pryor when Obama is coming by to campaign for him (snix)."

Obama came to 'oversee' the tornado damage in Arkansas and Pryor met him there.

Don't they look like they know what they are doing? /s

Neither has ever worked a day in his life!

Photo op, pure and simple, nothing else. As if them being there is going to change anything or help anyone! And notice too, there is NO ONE there to 'greet' them. Can't imagine why.

******

For his part, Pryor has sought to distance himself from Obama and the national Democratic Party.

As The Washington Post notes, Pryor "likes to cast himself to voters as an independent senator on Capitol Hill" during his campaign in Arkansas.

"I'm not there (in the Senate) to represent the president or his party," Pryor said at a recent campaign stop. "I'm not there to oppose the president or his party. ... My job is to represent Arkansas."

BS!!!

No regrets: Mark Pryor "I would vote for Obamacare all over again"

OBAMA'S RUBBER STAMP

Mark Pryor Stands With ObamaCare, Against Arkansans Votes with Obama a Shocking 90% of the Time

When selling ObamaCare to his constituents, Mark Pryor repeatedly echoed President Obama's broken promise that if you liked your doctor, you would be able to keep your doctor. Yet, many Arkansans are in jeopardy of losing their doctors, health plans, and will see costs dramatically increase. Unfortunately, Mark Pryor has a habit of making false claims about ObamaCare to Arkansans including:

• Slashed: In 2010 Mark Pryor voted to cut Medicare Advantage to pay for ObamaCare.

• Lied: Mark Pryor promised ObamaCare would "drive down costs for families, small businesses, and government."

• Misled: Mark Pryor repeated the Obama mantra, "the government will not stand between you and your doctor."

• Cancelled: In September 2010 Mark Pryor voted to prevent insurance companies from keeping their grandfathered status.

In September 2012, Pryor Said Businesses Would Be Able To Keep Their Health Care Plans. PRYOR: “I think what business wants to know is, what’s the bottom line on health care coverage? Are we gonna be able to stick with our plan? The answer is yes.” (Arkansas Business, “U.S. Senator Mark Pryor On Healthcare Reform,” www.youtube.com, Uploaded 9/28/12)

In December 2009, Pryor Said The Bill Would “Protect And Expand An Individual’s Choice Of Doctors And Insurance Plans.” “Elements of this package will drive down costs for families, small businesses, and government; protect and expand an individual’s choice of doctors and insurance plans without any government interference; and assure affordable, reliable healthcare for every Arkansan.” (Sen. Mark Pryor, “On Senate Passage Of Health Care Reform,” Press Release, 12/24/09)

Pryor: “There Is No Public Option In This Bill. There Is No Government Takeover Of Health Care. The Government Will Not Stand Between You And Your Doctor.” (Raju Chebium, “Ark. Senators To Vote For Health Care Reform Bill,” Gannett News Service, 12/23/09)

Mark Pryor, Remarks At Little Rock, AR Obama Rally, 10/24/08. ...

Mark Pryor: “Let’s Go Out And Work As Hard as we possible can for Barack Obama”

2 weeks ago

After voting for President Obama’s agenda at least 90 percent of the time

“I’m really the most independent senator in Washington,” Pryor told a group of about 25 supporters here in the rice-country town of Hazen. “I’m not there to represent the president or his party. I’m not there to oppose the president or his party. My job is to represent Arkansas.” (Pryor noted that he has served under President George W. Bush, a Republican, and President Obama.)

2008

PRYOR: “All Barack wanted to talk about is his little girls. He is a very rounded person. He is someone you would think what he’s been through in the last four or five years that has a big ego, has a big head, not at all. You know, he’s the kind of guy that is exactly the right guy for this moment in history.”

PRYOR: “Obama’s done several things throughout this campaign that are very unorthodox. And that, by the way, that scares Republicans, but he has done several things that are very unorthodox, and he’s been able to pull it together. My sense is, there is a destiny about Barack Obama. I think there is a destiny about him.”

PRYOR: “If you could tell every person you see to go out and work for and vote for Barack Obama. I said, ‘I’ll do it. I’ll do it.’ And let me tell you why. Because Barack Obama has the leadership. He has the vision. He has the hope that this country needs right now. Amen?” CROWD: “Amen.” PRYOR: ” One of the things I’ve learned since I’ve been in Washington is that elections have consequences: 2000 election, 2004 election. But guess what? This election’s going to have consequences, too. Let’s go out and work as hard as we possibly can for Barack Obama. And let’s bring the change to America that we need.”
