Believe USMC calls that Lance Corporal now.
Corporal just 2 stripes.
BTW....BIG difference is if his son wears the LCPL badge or pin to school he stands a chance of getting suspended.
Wait... When I was in (81-85) LCPL was one strip with rifles. CORP was 2 stripes with rifles. Has this changed?
The Marine in the photo IS a Corporal. Two stripes and crossed rifles. A Lance Corporal has one stripe and crossed rifles.
