Good evening, Kathy!
*HUGS*
I did indeed Sally Forth today - a very quick ride in to the Office this morning. The Deluge hit at about 5:15 this afternoon - just in time to seriously mess the evening commute up.
I took evasive action - used some roads I haven't used in many years - the old ways - and was able to make it home in about 90 minutes. Dodged a couple of major accidents on the way.

O stranger, tell the Lacedaemonians that we lie here, obedient to their command.
Listen, O isles, unto me; and hearken, ye people, from far; The LORD hath called me from the womb; from the bowels of my mother hath he made mention of my name. (Isaiah 49:1 KJV)

Excellent job of finding an alternate route home! And dodging accidents is always a plus.
