The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday refused to hear an appeal of a blocked provision of Arizona’s 2010 immigration enforcement law, dealing another blow to Gov. Jan Brewer in her effort to defend the law.

The court declined to review the ruling that barred police from arresting people who harbor those living in the United States illegally. The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals blocked police from enforcing the prohibition, concluding last year that it was vague and trumped by federal law, which already forbids harboring people in the country unlawfully. …

Just enforce selectively with wide discretion.

It’s what the 0bama regime does.

Make the regime take action to stop the selective enforcement. Isn’t that how _they_ operate?

If the Supreme Court refuses to hear the case, screw 'em. It's your state, Jan. Run it. The black robed cowards have been running from every constitutional issue since the pres__ent took (yes, took) office. Their failure is no excuse for not leading us back toward a Constitutional republic.

Declare all illegal immigrants as economic enemy combatants, and capture and deport.

The defense is the Feds are not honoring the Constitutional guarantee to protect against invasion, so the State is doing the job.

A bit more backbone from our nation's Governors would help a great deal.

Just as some states rejected ObamaCare mandates, the states that the Keystone XL pipeline would run through should just let it be built and tell Obama to go pound sand.

Force him to send in troops to shut it down.

And there is nothing in the Constitution forbidding that.
