I read the Second City Cop blog, love it, and I’ve never even stepped foot in Illinois. The rank and file cops have long been beside themselves at the way crimes are being classified, amongst other things (like putting all the street cops into the ghettos and leaving the taxpaying areas to fend for themselves-and the criminals know it well, crime has risen in those areas).
