First I’ve heard about it.
My achilly’s tendon has been ailing me so I might have been distracted.

This pronunciation doesn't bother me at all.
But I am irritated by the 'as the program unfolds' line he uses every first hour.
To make matters worse Hannity now uses it.

Why was there a FReeper FReakout and moi was not invited? I certainly didn’t get the memo. I want to be on the freakout ping list whoever is running it.

Everyone mispronounced “Forte” so much that I think it has become acceptable. Anyway it is pronounced “fort” unless you are using it as a musical term.
I think the last time I looked it up, for-tay has been listed as an alternate pronunciation but for most of my life that was not an acceptable sound.

What cracks me up is that on Top Gear UK they call the color maroon or burgandy, Brown.

So, I guess Rush drops by occasionally. No doubt! He and his researchers know where to go, to find it first.

I freaking love Rush, but there is one thing he does that REALLLLY bugs me:
He hugely abuses the word, “literally”.
He uses that word incorrectly 10 times or more DAILY.
Love him (been with him since I was a tyke in Sacto, near the racetrack and UFO domes he broadcast behind) but this BUGS THE HELL OUT OF ME.
