What a bizarre way to subtract. It took me about 20 minutes to figure out how and why this process works, but I can think of no reason to actually teach this to children.
Please enlighten us, because I don't see it.
i get it too... but this is the kind of stuff i would do with my kids (my sons) for fun—aside from the school work... we are homeschoolers, btw...
