EO's are supposed to be clarifying statements of existing law. The zero king is trying legislate from the Oval Office, but then that is something the Left wants. If we ever get another conservative Prez, watch the "news" media go nuts on him/her on any EO they issue.
That conservative president would be well-served to scoop up this Red Chorus like FDR did the Nisei, and pack them all off to Ulithi or Bikini or someplace ..... and then kinda forget they're there when he resumes atmospheric nuclear testing.
