I am absolutely convinced that Americans, especially liberals who think only with their emotions, are very easily manipulated. Therefore, they are easily subject to whatever momentum is in play. I mean, how else do you explain very late in most national elections big, wide swings in polls.
The answer is that Americans no longer have core values to guide them, rather, they are easily manipulated by TV ads and will vote for the last ad they liked and if enough celebrities and others are supporting the candidate. In short, the Presidential election is basically American Idol, writ large.
And this is why Obama would win election again. Obama would spend a billion dollars trashing the opponent. Celebrities would work relentlessly to bring along the dumb, and the corrupt MSM would pimp Obama, as would every Hollywood sitcom and movie.
Again, Americans have no core values, hence they are easily manipulated through their emotions.
Still, that means about 20% would vote Romney over Obama.
Take away 20% of the Clown’s voters and give them to Romney, and we would at least have someone who loves America in the White House.
A significant portion of the Democrats who regret voting for Obama wanted someone even further Left.
