The inherent problem is that only those who seek to abuse govt power will seek these positions in govt. That means that you won’t get many conservatives applying to work at the irs.
I did too, and then I started reading them. He is without a doubt a brilliant, gifted and determined man. But his mother is the wisest mother in several generations.
I would be suing their ass&s for civil rights violations. No one has the need to be targeted for destruction by the IRS due to their political beliefs or expression.
What a shame that Carson, Sowell or Williams were not the first black president, rather than the Marxist illegal alien Octoroon!
Classical New Orleans octoroons were much lighter than Obama. Some could actually `pass’. They were only one-eighth black, after all.
Anyway, I nominate Dr. Ben Carson as Surgeon General under a new & enlightened conservative administration under the leadership of President Ted Cruz!
You can’t convince them because they refuse to be convinced.
Their own righteousness is wrapped up in their advocacy, and when you try to tell them what they are advocating for is evil and corrupt, you’re directly attacking their “goodness”. Every human has a sense of the eternal, and leftists have bought the lie that their “goodness” gets them a good eternal existence.
You can draw the parallels to nazi Germany or ancient Rome. Neither empire ended well.

You forgot to mention Allen West. I would have no trouble with the Colonel as the first black president. And imagine what a gracious and admirable First Lady Angela West would be. We could be proud again.
