Simple solution: Make their EBT cards good for purchases of only produce and certain foods which their liberal overlords deem healthy. It would be as simple to implement as the WIC program where the infrastructure is already in place.

But it could result in their angry constituents voting only once come election day.

Couldn't the recipients sell them to people who like veggies and then go out and buy fast food? Or do EBT cards require (eek!) identification?
