It's the truth in the stereotype that sets Arkansas apart from other, more normal Southern states.

(New Braunfels, TX) — A man accused of having sex with a family member and a man accused of sexually assaulting children at a local in-home daycare facility are included in the latest list of indictments from the Comal County Grand Jury.
This months list of indictments included 21 separate indictments against 44-year old Albert Paul Woessner (left), with each indictment alleging that he had prohibited sexual contact with a family member.
If youll remember from KGNB’s previous reports, Woessner was originally charged with sexual assault of a child charges, but after discovering he was under investigation for those crimes he apparently fled his Spring Branch home and, for a time, lived in a tent on family-owned property in south San Antonio.
