No - it's a question of whether you can say the truth to such extremely stupid electorate (and a fifth-column media) and still win an election.

Whether he can win or not depends on the voters in his district.

Some voters in Florida are ready to see traitors hung once convicted. So he might just win with them.

A campaign based on “HANG TRAITORS” is not a sure loser.
