Florida Republican in Deep Trouble for Agreeing President Obama Should Be Hanged for Treason

" A Republican candidate for the Florida House of Representatives is in hot water after he agreed Monday that President Barack Obama should be hanged for treason.

Joshua Black, an African-American, agreed to the idea of hanging the president after a Twitter user sent him the following public message: “I’m past impeachment. It’s time to arrest and hang him high.”

“Agreed,” Black tweeted in response. A Republican candidate for the Florida House in a nearby district, Chris Latvala, was quick to denounce Black.

“[Y]ou aren’t seriously calling for the killing of Obama are you?” Latvala asked, adding that Black is an “embarrassment.” Black remained defiant, explaining that Obama could only be executed after he has stood trial."

Joshua Black explained that Obama droned Al Awlaki and his son without due process, and wanted Edward Snowden and Bradley Manning executed for treason. Black made a "what goes around comes around" and equality under the law argument. Needless to say, the Republican party has bailed on him, and he says he got a visit from the Secret Service.

I don’t think it is illegal to say that a President, any President, should be hanged after conviction for treason.

In fact, any politician that is tried and convicted of treason should be hanged by the neck on the Washington Mall. I have volunteered to help build the gallows there. I think it would send a needed message to those that have corrupted the political process far beyond what is tolerable. And it would teach the youth that consequences await those who would rape, pillage and put in harm’s way the USA.

Joshua disqualified himself from office. Intelligence is helpful.

The GOP is racist. It also bailed on Allen West. Well, prolly just cowardly. Hard to believe racism trumps virtue these days.

BTW, never “agree” to stupid metaphors.

It's not a question of it's being illegal, it's a question of whether you can say such stupidly extreme things and still win an election.*

*you can't

No - it's a question of whether you can say the truth to such extremely stupid electorate (and a fifth-column media) and still win an election.

Our founding fathers knew how to handle treason.

And they didn't intend for the traitors to be elected to public office as Demonrats.

The Secret Service visit is interesting considering the things that Democrats said while George Bush was president.

Notwithstanding the First Amendment, the United States ranks #32 worldwide in press freedom. This is not surprising, listening to the MSM which only lacks receiving its paychecks directly from the White House. I am unconvinced that the country ranks any better with respect to freedom of religion or freedom of speech today. I think the Founding Fathers would be inclined to start over if they saw what had happened.

(* Since Black is a Republican sacrificial lamb in a gerrymandered Democrat district, he wasn't getting any real support from the Republican establishment to begin with. A "bail" by the Republican establishment doesn't really have any meaning in an airplane that's parked on the ground without wings.)

Notice how quickly the Regime will drop the hammer of the SS, IRS, or ATF on any political enemy.

Not illegal—but the quisling Republicans that tolerate all manner of evil in their captors the Democratic Party politic, are so afraid of their own shadows that they surrender every step of the way and then wring their hands worrying why nobody respects them.
This young man seems more like Allen West than seems comfortable for the poor beat down and cowardly Republicans.

Whether he can win or not depends on the voters in his district.

Some voters in Florida are ready to see traitors hung once convicted. So he might just win with them.

A campaign based on “HANG TRAITORS” is not a sure loser.

I agree that Obama should be convicted of treason, and then hanged by the neck until dead. Will this bring the jackbooted thugs to my door, too?

LOL!
After NYT invented the term “White Hispanic”, we wouldn’t be surprised if they would call Black a “Cracker”. Anything goes in leftie land.
