You know, we Conservatives used to make a point against the Liberal Appeasement Surrender Monkeys who spent such efforts to apologize for Muslims and the tenet of Jihad that their entire faith shares.

Their argument was that we cannot condemn an entire faith for the actions of a “tiny minority”. Our answer has been that the silence of “moderate Muslims” is deafening, and that such silence is seen as approval by those of us in the West who see the rising tide of Islamic barbarism growing under the silence of the ‘moderate’ Muslims. (I personally believe there is no such thing as a ‘moderate Muslim’). They are either devout to their faith or they are not.

I submit to you that I now believe that same argument should apply to Law Enforcement itself. The ‘Good’ cops who are silent in the face of barbaric thugs acting under the color of law. Thug cops who are being trained to act like jackbooted thugs by the federal Beast who rules from D.C. no less.

Should we argue that the institution of law enforcement is simply being hijacked by a few ‘radicals’ that are tarnishing the image of the entire institution (faith)?

Should we see the silence of the “good” or “moderate” officers out there as approval of the thug cops and their tactics upon belligerent “citizens” (infidels) out here?

Perhaps we should be asking the question: Is there such a thing as a ‘good cop’ anymore?

And yes, before anyone feigns outrage at this reply, I think the comparison is valid. The implementation of tyranny under the color of law, is still tyranny. I don’t care whether said laws are ‘religious’ or secular.

Definitely food for thought. My counter is that the good PDs I mentioned don’t tolerate thugcops. They can’t do much about other departments. Exceptions: One of the PDs I mentioned let it be known that the thugcops from a neighboring town were not welcome in their jurisdiction. Also, the Texas Rangers seem to enjoy arresting corrupt cops, judges, mayors, etc. so I don’t think your comparison is always valid. Now, in some PDs, it certainly is.

I have to agree. The silence of the “good cops” is deafening. And disgusting.
