You don’t murder a man for texting before the movie has even started, or for throwing popcorn. This ex-JBT is a mental case and has apparently exhibited this kind of behavior before.

Please provide a link. I do not find this anyplace except for unsubstantiated and unsupported supposition on another post in here. They are not even making that claim on DU. The published police reports do not mention him leaving the building. Was he parked in the lobby or the bathroom?
