Normal water temp off that island at that time of year is 74 deg. EXHAUSTION OR UNCONSCIOUSNESS 3 - 12 Hours. EXPECTED TIME OF SURVIVAL IS: 3 hrs. to indefinite

Wouldn’t the autopsy have detected cardiac arrest, & pegged it as the cause of death?
