Los Angeles (CNN) Insane Clown Posse and four fans are suing the FBI for designating the rap duo's followers as gang members.
The gang designation violates fan's constitutional rights, including free speech, freedom of association and the right to due process, the complaint argues.

I'm siding with the clowns on this one. I do too. While there have been a number of violent crimes committed by people who call themselves "Juggalos" (in fact, whenever I read of someone being attacked with a hatchet, I wonder if the perps were ICP fans) referring to this entire subculture as a gang is ridiculous.
And FWIW, I think Juggalos are some of the most retarded white people alive.

Although I agree with you that Juggalos are not gang members I would not equate them to Deadheads Or Beatles fans. Juggalos are a little more rambunctious then Deadheads and a lot more rambunctious then Beatles fans.
