I totally agree .. but after years and years spent in Personnel, I can tell you I always paid attention to their age and their work experience. Taking care of elderly people is difficult and it requires using a lot of common sense .. which can sometimes be lacking in the younger person.
“Elderly”?
I can see not hiring “elderly” people, but here, we are talking older employees. :-)
