The Supreme Court on Monday refused to hear a challenge to ObamaCare brought by a Virginia-based Christian university, ending for now one of the biggest remaining legal fights against the health care law.
The justices, in turning away the lawsuit from Liberty University and leaving in place a federal appeals court ruling dismissing it, did not comment on their decision. The decision comes less than a week after the high court agreed to hear a challenge from Hobby Lobby and one other company to the law's so-called contraception mandate -- the requirement on most employers to provide access to contraceptive coverage.

I’ll give a brief summary now but will provide a more complete post with links later, because there are a lot of other stories that connect and provide context to this as well, and when you see the whole picture it makes a scary amount of sense. I’ve meant to do that for a long time and just need to do it.
In October of 2008 the media heads met secretly with their on-air personalities and said that the parent company had been threatened with FCC and FEC annihilation through anti-monopoly measures if any of their on-air personalities or guests brought up Obama’s eligibility or Muslim leanings. Therefore, the on-air personalities were told, if anybody did so their career would be over and the lives of them and their loved ones were in question. The threats were repeated again shortly after the election.
One of the talk show hosts wrote a signed statement about what had happened and gave it to PI Doug Hagmann, who interviewed many other sources who corroborated the story and provided handwritten notes from the meeting. He traced the threats directly to George Soros, Rahm Emanuel, and David Axelrod. Hagmann said he had the evidence in safe-keeping in multiple countries, ready to bring out if/when this talk show host gave permission to make the details public.
After that interview Hagmann went silent, and a well-placed source told me that one of his informants had been killed and he wanted to protect a particularly vulnerable source.
When I became involved with the Cold Case Posse Zullo was trying to understand why the media was acting the way they were. I gave him the information I had and he also corroborated the story with multiple people, and said that the vulnerable source had fled the country in fear for her and her family.
Around the same time as Zullo was investigating that, Hillary operatives Bettina Viviano and Michele Thomas gave interviews in which Thomas said that she also had been threatened, and Bill Gwatney was shot dead within days of agreeing to present a petititon at the DNC Convention which would allow delegates to change their vote (thus allowing them to vote for Hillary after Clinton presented her evidence that Obama is ineligible, which Viviano said had been the Clintons’ game plan all along; she had personally heard Bill Clinton say that he knew Obama was ineligible). Then when Stephanie Tubbs agreed to present the petition she died of an aneurysm (a favorite method of assassination) within days also - with both Gwatney and Tubbs dying within 2 weeks of the DNC Convention.
The day after Tubbs was killed, Hillary supporter Phil Berg filed his lawsuit against the DNC, challenging Obama’s eligibility before the Convention so that Hillary could still become the DNC candidate. Viviano said that the Clintons only gave up on challenging Obama’s eligibility when Chelsea’s life was threatened, and that is why the Clintons had a very uneasy “endorsement” for Obama. Others have reported that Bill Clinton was telling the bigwigs that they had until the election to save America.
Shoot. I need to get going. The FCC annihilation that was threatened was seen in action in Britain with Rupert Murdoch, right after Sean Hannity went public with his agreement with Trump’s questioning of Obama’s documentation. I’ve got a timeline of events related to potential threats made, which shows Hagmann’s story to be credible based on the responses and actions that were visible to the public, and that is why I gave my information to Zullo.
Since then, even more things have happened which show how the media people have been silenced. I’ll quickly just mention some names; maybe you can put the stories with the names. Breitbart, Limbaugh, Hastings, Rosen, Sharyl Atkisson, the gal who had her notes taken when the FBI searched for her husband’s potato gun...

It’s time to face the fact that the Supreme Court no longer exists to preserve our liberties or the Constitution. It exists to further the interests of the federal bureaucracy in usurping more and more of our Constitutionally protected freedoms under a false and insidious cloak of legalities. John Roberts is the perfect man to ram the final dagger through the heart of the old Republic: a “me too” Republican dissimulator who couldn’t wait to get his hands on the levers of power so he could begin please those he wants to please, our liberties be damned.

I have been long been arguing that the USA society has been conditioned to ball games, casinos, rock concerts, movie star glitz, etc. that diverts their attention and economic pains. This is the social environment people like Obama and his enablers want for their surreptitious actions. Such happenings are not only of recent governments. One needs only to look at the promises made to Chinese by Mao, to Germans by Hitler, and to the communists in Russia.
