Thanks for the heads up on Mark Kirk.

I know almost nothing about the guy.

I assumed he would be squishy on Amnesty since 1 million Hispanics vote in Cook County.

He had a severe stroke almost 2 years ago, and I don’t think I’ve heard a word about him since then.

Kirk was on Chicago radio recently, and when asked, he could not say that he would support a Republican running against his buddy Dick Turbin.

There are warning signs like his prior support for cap and trade.

Lipinski(D) and Hastert were more conservative on immigration than Kirk.

He’s squishy because he thinks that’s how a moderate should vote.

Maybe Kinzinger could give up his seat to a conservative and run for senate against Kirk.

I think Joe Walsh would be a good candidate and even has some support of Club for Growth and other groups. But he would have to give up his radio show.
