One would think that with just how bad Quinn is (raised the income tax 67%, jacked up all the State "fee's" and nearly tripled all the "sin taxes") there's no way in hell he'd win re-election.

Color me shocked he's not down below 30%. But then again, the idiot Republican's in this state do have a way of snatching victory from the jaws of defeat.
