If no one else, WND, the New York Post, and now Fox News have started paying serious attention to an urban pastime known as "the knockout game" or occasionally as "polar bear hunting," a phenomenon that has caused at least seven deaths and countless serious injuries.
The "polar bear" refers to the invariably white or at least non-black victim of a hunt by a young black male, usually one of a pack of the same. The hunters tend to prey on those who seem vulnerable. This includes old people, women, children, and, most often, clueless male liberals-- like the Pittsburgh teacher seen in this video -- who have trained themselves not to "profile" young black men even when they approach with malice in their eyes.
White urbanites remain clueless because the mainstream media have chosen not to clue them in. Even when local TV stations cover the incidents, as in the Pittsburgh assault above, they are careful to avoid even hinting at a racial motive.
Said former CBS News correspondent Bernard Goldberg, "The white liberals in the media at places that aren't covering this are saying, 'You know what? We don't want to give any ammo to those white racist conservatives out there (because they equate conservatism with racism anyway), so let's just make believe this isn't happening.' I was wondering when the connection to the Trayvon Martin incident and the Knock-out King phenomenon would be made. It seems to me the efforts of Trayvon Martin to sucker punch Andrew Zimmerman with a knock-out blow was part of this thug activity. Why this phenomenon did not receive the attention way back when the Trayvon Martin shooting occurred was very maddening. In some places, the kids have been shot just for knocking someone down on the ground. If I had a gun and someone socked me in the head for no reason, that person would be dead.
If a kid knew he was risking the consequences of sucker punching a gun holder and getting killed, there would be no more of this bushwhack.
Beside the sources mentioned in “American Thinker” by James Cashill. Of the syndicated talkie hosts; Praeger, Gallagher, and Hewitt of I think Salem seem to be getting the word out. All including the three MSM sources mentioned here have been very relcutant to drectly connect Obama’s “misspeak” to the Zimmerman episode which I maintain was a considered calculated pronouncement.
Calculated to (1) Whip up support from a major group,by charging racial division as the reason for political opposition, not policy implementation. (2) Address gun control manipulating it into attacking the “stand your ground” position. And (3) forcing re-settlement of population centers into collectives which HUD a goverment agency did in two subsequent policy statemnts mentioning that episode that I’m aware of.
They’re still not connecting the so called “Knock out game” to official statements created by this regime.
He got dead. No, that was the good part. Bad was the openly racist aggression endured by Zimmerman.

That is certainly something that should have been addressed more than has been the case, as it wasn't "misspeaking" from a president who needs a writer and a teleprompter to manage a decent fart- it was a clever (and, as you said, calculated) construct that was put into his mouth.
Not a peep about black-on-white murders, but all hell breaks loose when some cracka goes and ruins the game. Then we see outrage in so many venues that it almost* appears "organized."

So it could be understood if the MSM had started reporting this knock out game and communities started doing something about it, maybe, just maybe there might have been some deterrent out there that would have prevented obama’s son from attacking Zimmerman, thereby saving his life.
Better yet, if obama were not such a race baiter himself, his very own son’s life would not have been wasted.
I think the author’s point was more about the Liberal MSM distorting a grievous problem in America as regards black youth culture. Though there may by no factual evidence that Trayvon ever participated in a “knock out”, there is a parallel link between the type of character he was and the type of character of those who join in “mob fun”. Both pointing to real trouble and escalating racial tensions, and a media choosing to cloak the facts and keep everyone ignorant. They don’t want the stereotype to be true.

The US media has repeatedly demonstrated that it is unworthy of the protections afforded to it by the Constitution. While I don’t pay attention to anything they say, too many people still do.
It’s past time to begin applying the tactics the Left has used against the Second Amendment to the MSM.

Trevon does the knockout game thing, chooses a hothead. Predictable results follow.
My only question is: doesn't the knock-out game usually involve more than one minority person involved, so they can brag about it?

You're right. A mere mugging is not enough to change the mindset of a Liberal. In the case cited, the blow must not have been hard enough to cure the mental illness that produces a Liberal/Progrssive. I prefer to use Liberal because they prefer Progressive.
These feral packs have always acted this way. If you grew up in places where they are concentrated you learned it early on.
