Brandeis University on Monday announced the suspension of its decade-old partnership with Al-Quds University following a recent Nazi-style rally at the Palestinian school in Jerusalem.
At the Nov. 5 rally, Al-Quds students wore black military gear, carried fake automatic weapons, gave the Nazi salute, and surrounded the main square of their campus with banners depicting images of “martyred” suicide bombers.
“While Brandeis has an unwavering commitment to open dialogue on difficult issues, we are also obliged to recognize intolerance when we see it, and we cannot—and will not—turn a blind eye to intolerance,” Brandeis said in a press release. “As a result, Brandeis is suspending its partnership with Al-Quds University effective immediately. We will reevaluate our relationship with Al-Quds based on future events.”
Brandeis said its president, Fred Lawrence, had asked Al-Quds President Sari Nusseibeh to issue an “unequivocal condemnation of the demonstrations.” Nusseibeh on Sunday night emailed Lawrence an English translation of a statement posted in Arabic on the Al-Quds website, and Brandeis said it considered the statement “unacceptable and inflammatory.”
Rather than exclusively addressing the Nazi-style rally, the Al-Quds statement also described “vilification campaigns by Jewish extremists” against the university.

OMG! This travesty of a legacy to Louis Brandeis may actually have woken up to its disgusting support for islamoNazi terrorists? ( they may next take a look at some of the antiSemitism on their own campus? Or is that expecting too much ? ).

The muzzies must have threatened “diversity” or something...if it was conservatives they were going after the libs would be cheering them on...inviting them for speaking tours, etc.
Colleges have been reaching out to Islamists in the years since 9-11-2001 (”what did we do to cause this?”). More representation in student government, more divestment movements against Israel, etc.
Antisemitism is there on American college campuses for those look for it. Same with the so-called “peace protests” while Bush was president.
ONE confederate flag at a tea party rally and it makes national news. Hundreds of pro-terrorist protesters (support for suicide bombers, support for fragging officers, Bushitler signs, 9-11 trufer stands, Communist Party literature and sponsorship, et al), none of it even got local media attention.
Every now & then, clueless Jewish liberals in America finally get it. Not often, but sometimes. Wish it didn’t take an absolutely in-your-face slap like this by the muzzies to get their attention.
So are they even going to give a crap? Will they lose $$$ over this? (Hey, the Saudis will compensate them tenfold...) Probably have dozens of other “partnerships” with universities around the globe anyway.
yes, the question now will be..... for how long will this bunch of “terrorist enablers” ... “get it?”... or will they backslide quickly instead?
