The Boers and English entered a lightly populated area. They generated economic activity via mining and farming. Labor was needed and natives came in to live better and make more money than they could otherwise. Otherwise why would they migrate to these white areas? No one forced them to. No one was enslaved. If they could have lived better under their native tribal conditions they should have and many in fact did
As black numbers rose (due to migration and high birthrates) the day came that the black colonizers defeated apartheid and the whites and now we have black rule there. No one in the liberal world or any world cares that blacks live worse now than under apartheid. The blacks don't care either. No one cares.
They gave them running water, toilets and sanitation.
