Actually I don’t see Biden as being very smart and I think that he parrots what he’s told. He loves being VP and the status. (I know he’s also incredibly nasty. Stupid does that to a person) The dirty end is the one that lies, every time.
The Obama/Biden Regime just shows how stupid and lazy the voters have become.
