Those will be the facts. How they're evaluated will depend on who's doing the evaluating. Freedom lovers will see his administration as moving America significantly further away from being a free republic under the U.S. Constitution with a free market economy, and closer towards a Socialist state. As a libertarian, I hate what FDR did and what Obama has/is doing. But government dependents and "progressives" of course will think it's great.
This is an incredible statement, but representative of the overall tone, which describes Obama careening from one disaster to another, but always surviving. What a man! What a President! ... Is Egypt still out there someplace? I don't remember.
