“It’s too early for this defeatist crap. It really is.”

In 2012, at 4 PM, Repubs were convinced they had Ohio in the bag for Romney. Then, the Church busses started showing up in the inner-city neighborhoods.

“Ditto. About those ads though... they ran ad nauseum last night... after awhile they have to hit the “diminishing returns” zone..”

I think they are. Looks like turnout in the People’s Republic of Northern Virginia isn’t that high.

I hate to go out on a limb, especially with the polls as they are, but I am actually somewhat optimistic. I think it’ll be close.

When I went to vote in 2012 I took a hard look at who was voting and I knew I was pretty much wasting my time waiting in line. This time I did not get that sense at all. It was really kind of weird. I looked around and the people voting were, well, normal. Something that isn’t always true at my very lib precinct.

I voted in Norfolk this morning, and when I handed over my DL as ID, the poll worker said they had to call the registrar to confirm my status. I’ve been voting in every election there for more than 10 years!

I ended up having to fill out a paper registration before they would unblock me. After the dust settles, I am going to check on the status and find out WTH happened.

I wouldn't be surprised if a Dem activist used your name to request an absentee ballot. They may or may not have already voted for McA for you, but they succeeded in getting you flagged when voting in person. I've been expecting the Dems to begin using this tactic to block Republican or known Conservative voters.

The Dems have every registered voter's name address and phone number. Enough information to really screw things up for legitimate voters, if they want (and, of course, they want).

Don’t know, I’m just being a smartass from Colorado, heh. We’ve got our own problems, as you can imagine.

North or South Colorado?

Like minded gentleman outside informed me turnout is still low up north. Turnout excellent here. It will be close.

Has that been happening in Virginia for McAuliffe yet? Hopefully not, luckily, Virginia does not have as many full blown inner city areas as Ohio or Illinois or even Texas or Georgia.

“Auffie would be worse. He’s a True Believer. Hildabeast is just a grifter.”

A McAuliffe win means Virginia goes to Hillary/Dems in 2016. If you read KOS, this is the big cheese for them.

Both McDonnell and Cuccinelli have been state AG so I’m sure they are aware of the problem.

Conditioning process; may have been annoying to you, but to the intellectual lazy blank slate called the undecided voter, very effective. Hopefully for Virginia’s sake there are not many lazy voters.

“Voted at 7:00. When asked for id I handed them my gun permit.”

Heh heh. I do the same thing. The workers at my precinct are pretty good. No issues.

“I loudly stated the situation and finished with some lines about being denied the right to vote and the dems and voter i.d. I got an earful in the car.”

Different situation for me. I suspect DW would be the one raising the ruckus.

Thank you for info. I did some time in Roanoke. Great news about Roanoke County vs. City.

Cute, don't know where it is.

Reports on NOVA turnout are contradictory.

I’m sure you’re right.

Baraq won Va by 4 points with 8% unemployment $4 gas, surging food prices, and trillion dollar deficits to the horizon.

If McAwful wins, consider Va another case study in our country’s drift to the blue.

Entitlements, immigration, 2 generations of progressive controlled education and media, etc.

This, or the piece of mail he didn’t get in the mail... intercepted and frauded up a little? I wish there was a TrueTheVote to collect anecdotes of ‘irregularities’ happening.

Just happened to browse by Hannity and he said the Libertarian candidate is being bankrolled by an Obama Handler. Is that possible? Hannity seemed to give it great creds.
