Obama, liberals and Democrats are about to discover reality. They have defined themselves by rigidly opposing even the most rudimentary repairs of Obamacare. And by setting their jaws firmly against every attempt to stop piling our debts on future generations they have defined themselves as the more selfish and self-serving of the two parties.

It’s pretty hard to morph a trail wreck into a single payer system. More likely the entire mess will be abandoned and existing insurers will step into the vacuum.

Agreed. So many here at FR think this is all planned to lead to single payer....if so it is a very bad plan. If we cannot trust our gov to deliver obamacare how can we trust to deliver single payer?

Exactly. Mark my words, the Rebublicans will get blamed by the media and Dems for the failure of ObamaCare. Maybe they will be linked with the evil insurance companies, or will be accused of sabotaging it. And McCain and King will agree.

What we’ve learned is that the Obamacare administration is incompetent. There will never be assurance that a bill rendered will ever, much less promptly, be paid.
