I'd bet there is at least one other problem: Dollars to doughnuts says that the guy at the Obamacare call center does nothing but go straight to the very same website to try to enroll you.

You are probably right - when I was registering and having problems - I called the 800 number. After a few initial questions etc. and being placed on hold for a couple of minutes she returned and apologized “The computer system is down right now, could you call back later?”
