I see it as taunting too. He knows he didn’t win any election.

Ohhhh, I see you’ve already covered it. My post above is redundant.

I heard he asked for civility after he blasted and blamed Republicans, bloggers, radio talk show hosts, etc. for the shutdown.

Really. How many times did he meet with Congressional leaders during the shutdown? I can't remember any meetings. Course he probably spoke with his cronies Reid and Pelosie every day. When he should have met with both parties each and every day of the shutdown.

But nooooo, he wouldn't agree to negotiate until after the Republicans agreed to his terms. What kind of leader is this?

He's been making snarky and spiteful statements against the Republicans, Tea Party, etc. all day.

right? someone needs to tell this f&ckhead that the reason the house was lost was because of him. the conservatives DID win a bigger margin in the house and closer in the senate.
he doesn’t get to be a dictator, the asshole.

da-Nile is a river in Egypt. Perhaps we need to look there for answers!

Exactly correct.

When the Ancient Israelites were brought out of the slavery of Egypt by the mighty Hand of God Himself - they did not want to risk liberty. They grumbled and complained and said it was BETTER for them to remain slaves in Egypt than risk liberty in the wilderness.

So too - I say the Spiritual Israelites of this people would rather suffer the tyranny of a king lording over them, than in doing what is necessary to oppose those who would force them to worship the state.

The Ruling Class has helped convince Americans that opposing the king in the White House and his house of lords in the media and Congress, is sedition.

They prefer slavery to liberty and therefore willingly shrug their shoulders and accept the chains being laid upon them and their posterity.

We did win an election to change policy, we won the house in 2010 and 2012 in a campaign against Obamacare.

Apparently James Madison’s promuse in federalist 58 about the House’s roll to “control the purse” and by that means end such oppressive programs is now as defuct as the rest of the Federal Constitution.

Obama to GOP: ‘Win an election’ to change policies>>>>>>>>

Tea Party to Obama: Pass a law in Congress before you enforce it by executive order.

most of me believes what you say..that we the people will never win another election....they've got control of everything....

that is why it was IMPERATIVE to oust the gay blade last time around, when it could have been done....but no, we had the naysayers.....so here we are...

the pubs probably can win local, county and state elections....probably win the House, and governorships...

governorships to me is the key....then the state legislatures...those are things we can win...

but we're going to have to kick some voters arses especially among those who claim to be "patriots" or "conservatives" like some freepers, sad to say...

we need to take local seats and then work on up...we need to have OUR people in charge of elections not them....

local offices and county and state I think are still winnable...

if we can get the Senate and House, they can impeach...

I know...wishful thinking...

Obama plays his election card as marked as it is while avoiding the card of Constitutional principle.

that is easily conquered by getting strong armed latinos to become pubs...

we are not ever ever going to change the govt largess or the sloth class....

can we settle for lower taxes, less govt regulation, protected gun rights and religous freedom?..

can we encourage industry and innovation that perhaps we can make work worth it again?.

if we believe in those things, we're going to have to somehow in someway engage latinos...

change is inevitable...even without illegals, the latinos that are native to this land are they themselves outpopulating the "white" population...

I'll bet the American Indians felt the same way about us...and Americans hated the Irish and the Italians coming in droves....

it is what it is....period...hard to accept, but that's the way I see it...

If you really believe what I said about the fact we saw our last real honest national election back in 2008 - WHY THEN do you cling to the stupid notion that we had ANY chance of killing a “second term” when Romney WAS Obama’s choice for an opponent foisted on us by the same Ruling Class who surrendered to Obama this week?

3 states had Democrat Counties withheld vote totals until GOP strongholds reported. Several of them reported 100% of the vote for Obama. A statistical impossibility. But this is what it is when Cook County went national.

Now that they have solidified rigging the Presidential elections in key states - they are going to do the same to affect the Congress, MARK MY WORDS. This budget shutdown was the smokescreen to be used next year when Pelosi is again made Speaker and the GOP is made to look like it lost the House.

We went Soviet. This is how the Communist Party did it in Russia all those years. Elections were a rigged horserace to create an illusion of choice when the reality is their people HAD NO CHOICE. The PARTY made the choices FOR THEM.

Voting in elections is not going to do a damned thing to stop this tyranny. Not a damn thing. We are past the point of being able to redress grievances by any civil means. You are delusional and/or blinded by the enemy if you think we can.
